Do you need access to my email or DNS account?

No. Everything we check is public: DNS records and blocklist listings. You decide whether to make any of the changes we suggest.

What if I send from more than one platform?

Tell us in the form. Marketing platforms, CRMs and website forms all need to be covered by SPF and DKIM, and missing ones are the most common problem we find.

Is this really free?

Yes. If the report shows work you would rather hand off, we can quote it, but there is no obligation.
