What we do

Data connections

Connect sources such as Shopify, Amazon, Meta and Google Ads, QuickBooks, your CRM and spreadsheets into one organized dataset.

Live dashboards

Clear dashboards for sales, margin, ad spend, inventory and pipeline that update automatically.

Ask your data

AI that answers plain-English questions about your numbers and shows how it got the answer.

Automated briefings and alerts

Daily or weekly summaries in your inbox and alerts when something moves outside its normal range.

Most businesses have their data spread across a store, marketplaces, ad accounts, accounting software and a CRM. Pulling it together usually means spreadsheets, exports and a weekly report that is out of date by the time it is read.

Shiptronix connects those sources into dashboards that update on their own, and adds AI that can answer questions in plain English, explain why a number moved and flag what needs attention. We run the same kind of reporting across our own e-commerce brands every day.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI business intelligence?

AI business intelligence combines traditional reporting with AI that can answer questions in plain language, summarize what changed and point out trends or problems you might otherwise miss.

What is an AI dashboard?

An AI dashboard is a live dashboard with an AI layer on top: you can ask it questions, get written explanations of changes and receive automatic summaries.

Which data sources can you connect?

Common sources include Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, Meta and Google Ads, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, CRMs, Google Sheets and Excel. If a system has an API or export, it can usually be included.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. Smaller setups can run directly on connected sources. When volume or history requires it, we set up a lightweight database.

How do you make sure the numbers are right?

Every metric is defined once and checked against the source system before launch, and the AI shows how it reached each answer.

Can we replace our existing BI tool?

Sometimes, but it is not required. We can add AI and automation on top of tools you already use.

Who can see the dashboards?

Access is set by role, so each person sees what they need.

How long does it take?

A first dashboard covering a few core sources is often live within a few weeks, then expanded from there.
