Which AI tools do you set up?

We work with leading business AI assistants, including Claude and ChatGPT, and the connector platforms that link them to your systems. We recommend based on your environment.

Is it safe to connect AI to our email and files?

It can be, with the right setup. We use business plans, approved connectors, the least access needed for each task, and clear policies about sensitive data.

Can the AI send email or change records on its own?

Only if you allow it. We usually set assistants to draft and prepare, with a person approving anything that is sent or changed.

What is an AI connector?

A connector links an AI assistant to another system, such as Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify or a CRM, so it can read or act on information there within the permissions you grant.

Do you offer training?

Yes. Training is part of every setup, from short team sessions to one-on-one coaching for executives.

How is this different from executive AI coaching?

Coaching builds a leader's skills and judgment with AI. Workplace setup is the technical side: accounts, connections, permissions and guides for the whole team. Many clients do both.
