When customers, partners or prospects stop receiving your email, or find it in spam, the cause is usually technical: missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, a damaged sending reputation, or tools sending on your behalf without being authorized.
Shiptronix diagnoses the problem, fixes your authentication, and puts monitoring in place so your email keeps arriving where it should.

Start a conversationThey are DNS-based standards that prove an email really came from your domain. Major mailbox providers now expect all three for reliable delivery.
Common causes include missing authentication, a sending service that is not authorized, or reputation problems. An audit finds the specific cause.
Not if it is done in stages. We start in monitoring mode and move to enforcement only once every legitimate sender is authenticated.
Yes, along with CRMs, marketing platforms and website form services.
Yes. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now expect senders to have SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place. DMARC also protects your domain from being used in phishing emails.
Microsoft 365 needs DKIM signing turned on for your domain and SPF that includes Microsoft. DMARC itself is a DNS record you add at your DNS provider. We set up and verify all three.
It is a DNS text record at _dmarc.yourdomain.com, such as v=DMARC1; p=none. The policy can then be tightened to quarantine or reject once all legitimate senders pass.
We diagnose why a domain or server was listed, fix the cause and request removal where the blocklist allows it.
Warm-up is the process of building a sending reputation for a new domain or mailbox by starting with small daily volumes and increasing them gradually. Sending large volumes from a brand new mailbox is one of the fastest ways to end up in spam.
Most new mailboxes need two to four weeks of warm-up before they carry meaningful volume, and warm-up activity usually continues at a lower level while campaigns run.
We recommend against it. Using separate, related sending domains for outreach protects the reputation of the domain your customers, partners and team rely on every day.
