What we do

Spoofing protection

SPF, DKIM and DMARC enforced so others cannot send email that appears to come from your domain.

Phishing defenses

Filtering and settings that catch malicious links, attachments and impersonation, plus guidance for your team.

Account security

Multi-factor authentication, admin account cleanup and alerts on risky sign-ins.

Domain lockdown

Registrar locks, auto-renewal, DNSSEC where supported, and a record of who controls every domain.

Email is still the most common way attackers reach a business, through phishing, fake invoices and messages that impersonate your domain. Domains themselves are a quiet risk: a lapsed renewal or a compromised registrar account can take down your website and email at once.

Shiptronix secures the layer underneath your business. We lock down email authentication, accounts and domain registrations, add protection against phishing, and make sure your email data is backed up.

Frequently asked questions

How do I stop people from spoofing my email domain?

Publish SPF and DKIM for every legitimate sender, then enforce DMARC at quarantine or reject. Receiving servers will then block messages that falsely use your domain.

What is the most important email security step for a small business?

Multi-factor authentication on every account. It blocks most account takeovers, even when a password is stolen.

What is DNSSEC?

DNSSEC adds cryptographic signatures to DNS so visitors and mail servers can trust they are reaching your real servers. We enable it where your registrar and DNS host support it.

How can we protect our domain from being stolen or expiring?

Turn on registrar lock and auto-renewal, secure the registrar account with multi-factor authentication, and keep a current record of every domain and who controls it.

Do we need to back up email?

Email platforms protect against their own failures, but not always against deletion, account compromise or a departing employee. A separate backup covers those cases.

Will security changes disrupt our email?

We stage changes and verify every legitimate sender before enforcing anything, so normal email keeps flowing.

Do you train staff on phishing?

Yes. We provide short, practical guidance on spotting phishing and fake invoices and what to do when something looks wrong.

Do you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. We can take on security as a project or work alongside your current provider.
